Terms & Conditions — Parent/Guardian Registration

By registering your child for any Chaising Sport session you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

●     Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

●     Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

●     We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

●     If any sessions are missed due to bad weather, Chaising Sport will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

3. Behaviour

●     Chaising Sport reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.

4. Medical & Health

●     You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change, by emailing or calling us at will@chaisingsport.com or 07860 234113.

●     You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

5. Liability

●     Chaising Sport, or any of their staff, are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

6. Photography & Media

●     Chaising Sport may take photographs or videos during sessions for coaching, promotional, or social media purposes.

●     Parents/guardians may opt out of this at any time by notifying us in writing.

7. Safeguarding

●     Chaising Sport is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care and follows current safeguarding legislation and best practice.

●     Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in line with our Safeguarding Policy.

8. Data Protection

●     Any personal information provided is held securely and used only for the purposes of running Chaising Sport sessions, in line with UK GDPR.
